03 Installation, Operation, and Denial of Automatic Gathering System to Collect Personal Information
We do not operate any gathering system that collects personal information like cookies that is generated automatically when you use the Internet service.

04 Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
In principle, after collecting personal information or fulfilling its purpose, we dispose of such personal information without delay. However, the personal information may continue to be retained for certain period for the following reasons:

– Personal information provided: name of workplace, name, phone number, e-mail
– Period of retention: 5 years
– Type of retention: connection log, connected IP information
– Retention Basis: It is not stored automatically
– Period of retention: None

05 Disposal of Personal Information
When any of the personal information becomes no longer necessary after fulfilling its purpose, we dispose of such personal information without delay. The process and method of disposal of personal information are as follows:

– Disposal Process : After fulfilling the purpose of its use, the personal information you have provided will be stored in a separate database (or separate filing cabinet for paper form), and we will preserve it for certain period of time in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies and dispose of it after the required period elapses. In such a case, the personal information preserved will not be used except in strict adherence to the relevant law.

– Disposal Method : Information in electronic form will be destroyed using technical tools so as to make sure that such information will not be reproduced.

06 Provision of Personal Information
In principle, we do not provide your personal information to the third party. However, following cases are exceptional:
– In case you give consent in advance
– In accordance with the Provisions of the Act or, if there is request of law enforcement agencies through the specified procedures and methods by the laws for the purpose of the investigation

07 Entrustment of Collected Personal Information
We do not consign your personal information to the third party without your consent. If such a case is needed in the future, we will notify you about the person entrusted with information and referral service and will get your prior consent if necessary.

08 The Rights and Duties of Users and the Legal Representative and the Method of their Exercise
You can always browse or modify your registered personal information at any time and may request the withdrawal of membership.
You can make inquiries by clicking “Change Personal Information” (or ‘Modify User Account’) to change your personal information once you logged in to our website. You can also withdraw membership by clicking “Membership Withdrawal”. After identification process, you may browse, modify, and withdraw your membership personally. Or if you contact us through written paper, phone call or e-mail, we are able to do it for you without delay.

If you have requested a correction of the error of your personal information, we will not use and provide personal information until correction is done. Also, in case of providing your incorrect personal information already to the third party, we will notify about the correct information and make them change it immediately.
We will handle the deleted personal information upon your request in accordance with “Retention and Period of Use of Personal Information Collected by the Company”, and processed information will not be browsed and used for any other purposes.
